OUR STORY
Medineers, Inc. was formed in 2009 by James Mondschean. Prior to that, Mr. Mondschean was the co-founder of Arcadia Medical Corporation, manufacturer of quality tracheostomy tubes. He was also co-founder of Accusil, Inc., a medical device manufacturing company which was acquired by Parker Hannifin Corporation in 2008.
THE BUSINESS OF MEDINEERS IS TO PROVIDE INCREASED VALUE TO MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANIES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
- Design engineering and manufacturing of high quality components and finished medical devices in an FDA registered ISO 13485 facility
- Provide marketing and sales strategies to help medical device clients increase their revenue and profitability objectives
- Deliver Merger & Acquisition services including exit strategies for owners, pre-acquisition, due diligence, post-acquisition integration strategies, and growth strategies via acquisition

JAMES MONDSCHEAN
Mr. Mondschean founded Medineers, Inc in October 2009. He stepped down from his position as Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Parker Hannifin Corporation, Medical Systems Division on July 18, 2009 upon fulfilling his commitment after sale of Accusil, Inc which he co-founded. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois and has completed several continuing education courses at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
He is an expert on all aspects of the medical device business. He is also an expert in adhesives and sealants from his many years experience in Technical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Management with Loctite Corporation, Newington, CT, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Henkel KGaA.

JOSEPH MONDSCHEAN
Mr. Mondschean joined Medineers, Inc in October 2009. He was formally with Motion Industries, subsidiary of Genuine Parts Corporation (GPC). He has been Branch Manager of three locations, and has direct OEM sales experience throughout the Midwest USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University. He currently holds a Director’s position with a community bank, and a Director’s position on his local School Board.

ERIC LUNDSTROM
Eric Founded Focus Capital Advisors, Inc. after a very successful twenty-five year career in public accounting, including twenty years as a Partner with one of the country’s fastest growing CPA firms and Leader of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. His specialty has been in Dealmaking while also providing Tax Planning and Strategic Consulting to a substantial client base of mid-sized businesses. A significant number of his clients have been in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries primarily in the greater Chicago and Los Angeles markets, and he remains active in a variety of trade associations. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS from Illinois State University and professional memberships in the American Institute of CPA’s, Illinois CPA Society, the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries and the Association for Corporate Growth. He also is an officer and Board member with Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation and dedicates his time and financial resources to helping the organization serve the needs of children battling this terrible disease

KEVIN ALLGOOD
Kevin Allgood has been insuring the property and casualty needs of medical device and life science companies for over 20 years.
